Wedding Showcase at the Bryce Jordan Center

The 2008 Wedding Showcase will be held Sunday, September 28th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bryce Jordan Center.
The Wedding Showcase will feature numerous exhibitors. Businesses from State College, Bellefonte, Altoona, Hollidaysburg, Dubois, and Clearfield will take part in the showcase. Vendor categories include bridal gown shops, florists, disc jockeys, limousine services, photographers, caterers, and many other vendors that serve the wedding industry.
According to StateCollege.com’s Promotion Manager, Matt Criswell, the show will be different than other shows in the area, “More than providing brides the opportunity for short discussions at a vendor’s booth space, we plan to provide interactive experiences, a fashion show, vendor seminars, staging of reception tables – structured in a way that allows each bride an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the services available.”
All registered brides will receive free admission to the showcase while a $5 admission fee will apply to all other attendees.

The Showcase will open with an extravagant fashion show featuring gowns, dresses and tuxedos from many local bridal shops. Plus, demonstrations and seminars will take place all day. The Boutique Bridal Show of Galveston Island will be held at the Hotel Galvez on Sunday, August 10, 2008 from 1 to 4 pm. Complimentary admission allows participants to visit with many bridal vendors in an intimate and relaxed setting. KG Weddings and Island Flowers are proud to bring this event to Galveston to assist brides and grooms with their wedding.
